If you return an order, the points used to redeem that product are nonrefundable. For a partial order return, your points will be deducted only for the items returned.
If you redeem points for a reward on an order and return it, neither the reward nor the points will be reapplied back to your account on a returned order.
Please note: If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero.
