Why won’t my promotional code work on a second order?

Promotional codes are for one-time use only. Once the promotional code has been used on an order, it cannot be applied to any additional orders.

Please keep in mind that only one discount can be used per order, promotional codes will not stack. Promotional codes cannot be combined with rewards, or with orders containing sale items, or subscription items.
