We are unable to alter orders or add/remove individual items from orders once they have been placed.
If changes need to be made to your order and it still has an 'Unfulfilled' status, we are able to cancel your current order and you may place a new order. However, if your order has already been 'Fulfilled,' the order can no longer be canceled.
We would be happy to provide you with a return label to return any products back to us that you will not be using.
We will always email you 5 days before any subscription order is processed by our fulfillment team. This is your best opportunity to make any changes to or cancel your order before it is fulfilled.
