There are a few reasons why a subscription order does not process. Typically, the reasons behind this are the payment information has expired, or the billing information associated with your payment method needs to be updated.
To update your payment and billing information online, first, log in to your account. Then click 'Manage Subscriptions' on the right-hand side of the web page. Scroll down until you see 'Update your credit card for all subscriptions' and click the green 'Send Email' button. This will send you a secure email to update your payment and billing information from there.
