To update your shipping address for one-time orders on our store website, first, log into your account at store.amymyersmd.com.
Once logged in you will click on 'Addresses' on the top left-hand side of the website. This will bring you to all of the shipping addresses that you currently have on file with us. The top address listed is your default shipping address. Click on 'Edit' to update the shipping address.
Please keep in mind that updating your shipping address on your store account will not update the shipping address for your subscription orders.
To update the shipping address and billing address for your subscription orders, first, log into your account and then click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the right-hand side. Scroll down to the middle of the web page and click on either 'Change Billing' or 'Change Shipping' to make your updates.
Please note your billing and payment information for one-time orders are not stored in our system for your protection. You will be asked to enter this information each time you place a one-time order.
If the billing address for the payment method you are using for your order differs from the shipping address on your order, please be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your payment method, or your payment will not process properly.
