How do I update my shipping/billing address?

To update your shipping address for one-time orders on our store website, first, log into your account at store.amymyersmd.com.

Once logged in, scroll down on the left side to account information and click on 'Addresses' on the left-hand side of the website. This will bring you to all of the shipping addresses that you currently have on file with us. The top address listed is your default shipping address. Click on 'Edit' to update the shipping address.

Please keep in mind that updating your shipping address on your store account will not update the shipping address for your subscription orders.

To update the shipping address for your subscription orders, first, log into your account and then click on 'Manage Subscriptions' on the left-hand side.

Please note your billing and payment information for one-time orders are not stored in our system for your protection. You will be asked to enter this information each time you place a one-time order.

If the billing address needs to be UPDATED for your Subscribe & Save Orders, use the process in the video below to update your payment address by accessing "Manage your Subscriptions".
