First, make sure you are logged into your account on the top right-hand side of the website: store.amymyersmd.com.
Once logged in click on 'Manage My Subscriptions' on the left-hand side of the web page.
You will then be brought to a screen with several options.
To Skip an Order:
The Skip Order button is on the far, top right of the web page.
Selecting the Skip Order button will postpone your next subscription order for one shipment based on the item's current renewal frequency.
To Pause an Order:
If you do not need to skip an order for the full timeframe or you need longer before your next order than the timeframe provided, select Pause Subscription. A pop-up Pause Subscription box will appear. Select the date you would like to change your next shipment to in from the calendar in the date field. Select confirm and your shipment date will be updated to the date selected.
