To remove an item from your subscriptions, first, log in to your account on the top right-hand side of our website - store.amymyersmd.com.
Once logged in click on the green 'Manage Your Subscriptions' button on the left-hand side of the web page. You will then be brought to a page where you will see all of your subscription items listed.
Just to the right of each product listed, you will see the option to "Remove item from order" or you can "Cancel Subscription." if you no longer need the items.
Simply click confirm to remove the item from a current order and it will automatically "SKIP" the item based on the frequency of the item's renewal pattern.
Once you have confirmed your selection, you will see the order updated without the item which would then automatically "skip" the item, and move it to its next renewal date as shown below.
You can see in the above example, Gut Detox PRO has been removed from the order, and below, is now shown on its own date, 4 weeks later.
Please note that when an item is "Removed form order" it will group automatically with other supplements that are already scheduled on the next calendar date, based on the frequency of you renewals. More than "SKIP" may need to take place to remove an item to make it "solo" if you need to send an item by itself sooner than the scheduled date.
