We ask that you check around the delivery address area to see if it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor or possibly to a different access point on the property.
On occasion, we do see that the carrier has marked the package 'delivered' before they physically left the package at your door. It is also possible that a neighbor received it in error, or in some cases, a family member stashed it somewhere.
We ask that you wait a full 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the package was marked as delivered as we cannot file a claim with the carrier until this time has elapsed. If you are not able to recover the package within 3 business days, simply reach out to Customer Success by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (512) 721-0424 during business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 7:30 pm CST.
