How do I cancel an order?

First, please note that we are only able to cancel orders with an 'unfulfilled' status. Once the order has been 'fulfilled' we can no longer cancel the order.

If you have a 'fulfilled' order that you would like to have canceled, we would be happy to set up a return for that order instead.
