How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, you can use our return form, linked below for your convenience:

If you need further assistance, please reach out to Customer Success by phone at [phone] or by email at [e-mail] and provide them with the order number and lot number of the product(s) you wish to return to receive a return shipping label.

Return shipping labels will be provided for each separate order. Return labels cost $7.99 and will be deducted from your refund amount once processed. You must use the return label provided by us in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.

Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method used at the time the order was placed.
