You can remove items from your shopping cart by navigating out of our Secure Checkout. Simply click on the Amy Myers MD® LOGO on the TOP Left of the Screen to exit Secure Checkout and return to the store as shown in the video above!
When you navigate back to the Store from Secure Checkout you'll be able to edit your card on the right-hand pane of the website.
You won't be able to edit or change the supplements once you navigate to Secure Checkout so you'll need to access the Shopping Cart view to make changes.
Unfortunately, Customer Success does not have remote access to remove items from your shopping cart. If you are having difficulty removing items from your cart simply close all of your tabs and try again or clear recent browser history.
