Always sign in first and once you place items in your cart and are ready to checkout, select the green "Checkout" button from the side-bar that opens on the page.
Always select checkout to place a one-time order as you will not be able to use a PROMO, Reward code or Insider Pass points on Subscribe & Save orders.
In most cases, you will see a screen asking you to enter a PIN # to verify it's you. This is an optional "Express Checkout" option from ShopPay which you'll need to skip to get to the "PROMO" code area.
Simply skip the dialogue box by closing it or click "Check out as guest" as shown below:
You can either copy/paste the code, or you can manually enter the discount code in the box and then click apply to apply the code to your order.
In some instances, and during certain promotions, the discount code will be automatically added to this box and the discount amount will be deducted from your order.
Please keep in mind that only one discount code is allowed per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with sale items, rewards, or subscription items.
