In order to redeem your Insider Pass Rewards points on your orders, you will need to access the Rewards Slider and Promo Code field by skipping the ShopPay login option.
ShopPay is a new optional accelerated checkout in our store that can save you time at checkout by saving your payment and shipping details.
ShopPay is optional at checkout and can be skipped very easily. Depending on the device you are using the steps may vary. Most times rather than entering the PIN requested by ShopPay, you can simply skip this option by "closing the dialogue box" as shown below.
If you have already logged into ShopPay, or don't see the option above, simply click the "check out as guest" option that should be on the bottom right of the page.
The "check out as guest" option will not log you out of your Amy Myers MD® account but is a "guest" function for the ShopPay application. Once you skip out of the ShopPay option you will still be on our
store page and should then be able to use the Redeem points field as normal!
Please note that only one discount can be used per order, if your order contains Subscriptions, Sale items, or other Promo/Discount codes, you will not be able to use your Insider Pass Rewards as our store only allows one discount per order.
