Amy Myers, MD® supplements are designed to be used together as long as you adhere to the suggested use listed on each product. Each supplement will have the suggested use printed on the label and our KITS and Programs will also come with instructions or Supplement schedules where applicable.
Our Coconut Charcoal is the single exception since it has the propensity to bind and should not be taken within an hour of other supplements or medications. In most cases, the best time to take a supplement is the time that you'll remember to! Creating a new routine can be a challenge but if you stick with it, it will become a good habit in no time.
