You can leave a review for any supplement on our website by navigating to the product page for the supplement you'd like to review.
Click the "write a review" button near the bottom of a product page.

Follow the steps on the next pages to leave a photo or video review. You can also skip the photo or video review step to continue, and enter your name, and account email address, to be automatically entered in our Monthly Gift Card Drawing!
If you are finding that your review has not yet been posted, it may have violated our review guidelines. Below are some examples of what can cause a review to not be published:
Reviews Containing:
- Nonsensical phrases or gibberish.
- Referrals to other products not carried by Amy Myers MD®
- Referrals to people such as medical practitioners, health coaches, nutritionists, etc.
- Links to external websites are included.
- Personal information included in a review such as:
- Phone Number
- Mailing Address
- Order numbers
- Social Media Profiles
- Reviews that do not pertain to the product itself but rather to things like shipping and service experience.
- Reviews solely about one of our other products.
- Abusive, Vulgar, or threatening language.
- Sexual Content
- Spam, external advertising, or marketing from other companies.
