In order to update your payment method from our store, you will need to request a link from our Store.
Request a link by Logging into your account, navigating to "Manage My Subscriptions" and then click the "Send Email" button at the bottom of the page as shown below:
If you need help requesting your link, simply contact customer success using one of the following methods:

Please be aware: your link might be delivered to your spam, junk, or promotions folder so please check those folders as well as your inbox for the link.
The link will come from our email address titled "Update your payment method from Amy Myers MD®" and will look like the below example:
You will need to click the Green "Confirm payment information" to proceed to our secure checkout to enter your payment details which your browser will automatically direct you to.
Locate the window or tab with the secure checkout in your browser and from there you can update a card expiration date or load a new card by clicking the "change" button.
If you need to change a PayPal, GooglePay, or Shop Pay account, click the appropriate button to be directed to their site to log in and complete your update. The example below shows these options.
Please ensure that you enter your complete and full billing information, including your Name as it appears on your card. Enter the complete billing address that matches exactly what your card issuer or financial institution has on file to ensure accurate updates of your payment method.
Be sure to click the "Update card" button to complete your changes and you'll be all set! You can then close this window or tab, then navigate back to your Amy Myes MD account page to adjust your next subscriptions as needed!
