In order to return your international order to Amy Myers MD® for a refund, we ask that you ship back your returns using a method of your own choosing and as we are unable to provide international return shipping labels.
To initiate a return for an international order, please reach out to our Customer Success by using our return form linked below:
You will need to provide us with the return tracking #, order number, and the product(s) you wish to return in order to initiate an international return so that we can accurately track your return.

Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method used at the time the order was placed.
Please note that we are only able to process returns/refunds for items that were ordered from our online store -https://www.amymyersmd.com/
If you purchased one of our products from a third-party retailer like Amazon.com or Walmart.com, you will need to contact Amazon.com or Walmart.com Customer Support for assistance with returning that order.
Please be aware that once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive an email with refund details. It can take ~1-2 weeks to fully process the return from the time we receive it at our warehouse (not including time in transit).
